How can Lindley Healthcare be a benefit to me or my loved one?

1. Recuperative Care
    If a person with Medicare Part A has had 3 nights in an Acute
    care hospital and has a skilled need under Medicare Guidelines
    then the person may qualify to stay in our Medicare unit up to
    100 days. (As long as they remain skilled under Medicare
    guidelines)

    This stay may be at no out of pocket expense to the patient
    if they meet certain criteria.

2. What if I or my loved one wants to try going home first?
     They then would have up to 30 days to decide to be
     admitted for a Medicare Part A stay in the nursing facility.

3. What kind of services would I or my loved one receive while
    in the Medicare unit?
    1. Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy
    2. Daily wound care.
    3. Medication administration and management
    4. Daily monitoring of acute medical condition
    5. Plus more.

4. What happens when I or my loved one is ready to go home?
    Our Social Services Director works with the patient and family
    on getting the patient back to home and getting needed services
    set up in the home.

5. What if I or my loved one is unable to recover to a level that
    would allow me or them to return home?
    1. Then the patient would be able to stay long term or stay
        until they are able to return home.
